It's not just over there in the US... Brazilian music has always been shitty, but nowadays I fail to see how anyone can qualify this as music:
That's one of two musical trends that seem to be every fucking where in Brazil right now, the other one being Universitarian Sertanejo. If I had to rely on local radio while driving, my head would've exploded a long time ago.
